Worst service ever in the market. My id is SLVVKI015. I got the connection very next day when I requested. They didn't have 15m LAN cabal at the time of installation but promised me to provide the same next day. I have been calling the team since that day. They pickup the call and promise me to provide the resolution the same day but do not visit. And the same process is rolling into a cycle. I call them and they make false promise, it has been 10 days that I got the connection but unable to use the Internet in my PC. I raised complaint for the same but they are reluctant and do not take any concrete action to provide me further service that was incomplete. They are money minded people that took money for the connection, data plan, security deposit but do not care about the customer what they are going through. I strongly recommend everyone not to opt spider link service and go for another one. Otherwise you ll keep on calling them but they will not respond to your query.

Worst service, Fraud they are, Its my request don't fall prey to them. At the time of getting new connection they will call you numerous times and will make false promises. Once they install the connection and take money from you then just forget about them. They will stop picking your call. Their online customer support is much more worse than this. They don't have knowledge. Poor staff, Poor company, Fraudsters.
