I am taking home yoga classes from Javehri Shubhangi Rahul. The lady who is coming to teach Yoga is proficient in various yoga asanas. Her method of teaching, whereas she gradually increases the complexity, helps me to get better, eventually pushing to try certain asanas which I had thought I would never be able to do it. I could also see a good impact on my day to day energy levels, fitness and temperament. Overall this is a very satisfying experience.
