I was looking for UPS and Battery and they were very prompt in initial discussion and sending a quote - which was the best quote. But for delivery they came 5 hrs late (spoiling my whole day) and then settling up different model of UPS and Battery. I was promised sine-wave and they gave me a sq. wave UPS and with battery they gave wrong warranty and leaf plate one, where as they told me they would give me tall tubular battery. Sales Person name was Prashant!
