Approached this Ktech Solutions, Banashankari vendor for my HP Computer repair & services on Wifi not working issue. They came and check the issue and informed that some parts need to change and he want to take the product to the service point. So I have changed my mind and dropped the plan. For the visiting charge were I paid 250. Overall, I am unhappy with the response.

View business replyExcellent service I got from Ktech Solutions, Banashankari. My Lenovo laptop's charger was not working, so the technician replaced it with the new one. He was pretty good and prompt in his service. I totally paid Rs 900 including the service charge - Rs 800 for the charger and Rs 100 as a service charge. I am happy with the service.
I had a OS problem and this is the best service that has been provided till now. The service provider (Manjunath) is really kind and humble and the service is provided at a very affordable price . They provide the OS and the basic softwares for just 500. I bet you won't get such service anywhere.
