Extremely Disappointing Service - Do Not Trust Them I had an extremely frustrating experience with this company, and I would strongly advise against using their services. Initially, they were polite and friendly, but things quickly turned south. When I contacted them regarding an issue with our printer, they didn't even mention what the problem could be. Instead, they took the printer to their office, stating that only after inspection there would they be able to diagnose the issue. Seema, the representative, later called back and falsely claimed that certain parts needed replacement, assuring me that once the replacements were made, we would not face any issues again. She also committed that if the problem persisted, they would take care of it. Based on Seema's assurances, we agreed to go ahead with the service and paid Rs. 3000. Now, just two months later, the same issue has returned, and when we try to reach them for support, they are unresponsive—our calls are ignored
worst service i have seen ever.Since last month m calling them to fix the problem,till now it is not get done,regularly calling them,now they stopped picking the call.Already took money for the same,at the time of taking money they were having enough staffs to come to office to collect money,now 20 days back their excuse was staffs are not available.Present scenario is they are not picking the calls on any of the numbers mentioned on their business card.One of the employee is saying i have left the company.....
I am satisfied with the service provided by Leadcomm Solutions I purchased Time Attendance System and I am happy with the product the price was reasonable and I got it installed by them thanks.
