Do not deserve even 1 star !!! Worst staff, worst service, worst approach. Its been more than 3.5 months i have purchased the software and yet not been able to use any feature of it other than appointments and billing. I was sold the software with a pitch that all the customisation will be onboarded in 45 days. Despite of lot many complains and dead lines given none of the commitments are met yet. Even the owner of the company is least concern about addressing or speaking about the issues. Such an unprofessional attitude of everyone in the company as well as the owner of the company. I also msged the team yesterday to connect with me. No one bothered to respond over that msg. When my team mate called them to connect, they said "thoda time lagega" This is a shout out to all you fitness expert to not enrol to their services especially if u are a dietitian. They have made this software for gyms and wellness and massage centres. And they will pitch u that they will customise it as per die

After getting the advance payment they said the requested chages are not possible for which they have asked for quoted ( samples were provided) not answering to calls and not replying to text.. very bad experience

One of my friend Yogesh introduced me this company Omnitech Infosolutions Ltd,Andheri MIDC Mumbai. Yogesh introduced me to the company's HR in the year 2007.His name was Bhupendrakumar Jain. Bhupendrakumar Jain took 25,000 rupees from me to appoint job as a trainee software developer. He told me that he will appoint me in next 2-3 months in Omnitech Infosolutions Ltd.Job selection is in my hand.Some money I had credited in his account through my SBI bank account from Thane branch.Some money I gave him in cash near Vashi station at evening time in year 2007.But after 2-3 months I did not get any job. Fraud happened with me.I did not file any poolis complaint because of fear. I was new in Mumbai at that time.They took advantage of me. I thought it was a good company after looking nice building exterior.13 years gone now for that incident.Omnitech boss if you are reading my review then please take strict action against Bhupendrakumar Jain.He is Thief.I don't know where is he now.Otherwise

The work envt seems highly micro-managed. Even after clearing my technical rounds and hr round, I was asked to wait for conf with the ceo. Twice he missed the call, and he called me in mid of the night and started asking me about my future plans. There were no apologies from him missing the earlier calls. I felt arrogance in his talk so I decided to move on without waiting for my feedback.
