Pathetic service! In certain days consider yourself lucky even if you get 1 kb /sec. They wouldn't pick you call for resolution. Completely avoid it. (Wish I could give them ZERO star).
Disgusting service. Been calling them for 1 week to fix the connection, but haven't got my connection up yet. Beware, their customer service sucks
Really glad with the services from this business . Through them I am getting good speed . Monthly rental was Rs.450 with unlimited capacity .Their services are very prompt .
Taken a WIFI internet connection for my residential from this service provider. I am paying Rs.1000 for the connection for monthly. They explained me so many plans I am satisfied with rates andtariff .The speed is good and the service is very fine. I am thankful to their timely work.
Using its service for almost one and half years. For the first six months, its service was really good but after that its service has been pathetic. Now looking for a different service provider but there are hardly any good one here in Jamia
