MTNL Customer Service Andheri East Mumbai

I Rajam Gopalakrishnan. My landline was out of order from May 2020 onwards. Nobody came and repaired the connection after repeated messages. Atlast we fed up and in August 2020 we surrendered with instrument . We have been visiting to Vile Parle office and Kalina office about the deposit amount more than ten times. Today April 16 2021 till now we haven't received the amount. This is the worst service got from you.

Telephone has not been working for about 2 days complaints have been lodged on two occasions but faulty line has still not been attended.my complaint no. is 6087.pls solve urgently.<br/><br/>Very bad service.
