We were in need of servicing our Asus Branded Laptop which corrupted due to some software issues.Nandi Venkateshwara Institute from R.T. Nagar responded us.The initial response from them was good but after that they did not approach us.
My Dell laptop was facing some problem with the keys in the board and wants to reinstall the Os too ,Which the Nandi Venkateshwara Institute had done the good work by solving the problem and reinstalling the Os and they had charged me nominally Rs,500 I like their service,but the time limit should be reduced by them for doing the work.
My dell laptop was facing some problem in the hinges its been broken so I thought of getting serviced it at that time I had call from the Nandi Venkateshwara saying that they can service it with the charges of Rs, 3000 and even they said that they can provide warranty for that since I was looking to get serviced it with the company I said no to this people but I like the response
