AWHO Colony sector 2 vidhyadhar Nagar Jaipur is having OMEGA RESIDENTIAL ELEVATOR in their complex which is out of order from the last 10 days but no repair measure taken although the elevator is under Annual maintenance program.Price of parts are exorbitant & not provided in time. <br/>. Repaired part selling is their monopoly as these parts not available any where except with them. <br/>

Service persons came from this agency to service the elevator in our complex. They were prompt in servicing and we made an one year contract with them, their charges were also comparatively reasonable.Now it is functioning properly and I am happy with their work.

i am writing about omega lift services from a hospital in kochi, kerala, as a pregnant patient who was made to walk up and down the stairs as the lift installed by omega was not working. On enquiry, i was told by the manager that the lift had not been working for the past 1 month and the service team was going on delaying giving various trivial reasons . My question to the owner of omega elevators is why such inefficient staff have been employed by you and why patients like me have to suffer. <br/>How can you hold a hospital to ransom like this. Many of the patients have been complaining too. <br/>If your repair service is so poor, why have you written zero customer dissatisfaction on your website - better to strike that off.
