Service Not Up to the Mark!, Delayed Service, Incomplete and Disappointing Service
They sold me a damaged AC and after one month of purchase the AC stopped working. Now they are passing the blame to LG and LG is blaming reliance digital. The customer is the looser here.
They sell damaged products.so I highly recommend not to buy any products from reliance digital kammanahalli.
Have Purchased Dell Desktop from this shop. The shop service was customer friendly and they had a varied collection of system brands with them and they were cooperative with the customer's responsibility. They charged very reasonable amount. Delighted to take service here.
Purchased laptop worth 65k, got the laptop delivered yesterday and soon after booting the laptop we can see that the laptop has hardware issues. Reported to reliance store but none of them are either refunding or even ready to exchange the laptop. All that they want is handover the laptop also and send it to the service center. We have paid full amount at one shot and we are stuck so badly, they are not even replacing it. We will take this up now legally, meanwhile please do not visit this store for any purchase unless you are ok to loose your money.
Brought LG LED smart TV 32 inches from this vendor. here we can find a lot of varieties in each and every product. various types of TV where the Quality and quantity was excellent. they have charged me 28,000 and the LG company gave me 1-year warranty & this vendor gave an additional 1 year warranty. they safely delivered it to my home and done the installation with free of cost. I'm Happy with the purchase.
