Unprofessional Behavior, Charged Without Providing Service, Incomplete and Disappointing Service

Beware of this agency. Kavita will send a decent maid in the beginning and take complete 1 years commission. Then suddenly the maid would leave after 3-4 months and no replacement will be provided. Kavita will not even pick your calls. This is a complete fraud agency.

this shoba client is very bad woman...as she treats maids very cheap and use all vulger words. she is very highfive low class women ..I have never seen she dont respect any people such low class woman. dear agency never ever provide any maid to this woman...u will end with issues only. also my maid has worked with her one year ..still she don't have respect for that.

Incomplete and Disappointing Service

Don't trust this service. Biggest fraud. Initially they will send two or three maids, who will leave back saying something emergency or not well. And then the agency will slowly stop responding back. This is the trick to cheat

cleint don't know to manage the maids...as she keep on changing her mind to change the maids very offen...we do have our srt of rules to provide number of replacement. also she don't give proper food to small girls..she need only small girls to work as she can make them work without proper food.

Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Charged Without Providing Service, Delayed Service, Incomplete and Disappointing Service, Charged Without Solving Actual Problem

Extremely disappointed with Kavita’s service. She charged us for 1 year and after 4 months she stopped responding . The first maid she provided turned out to be alcoholic ( name Shanta ) who worked for 3 months then a replacement was provided who left in one weeks time after that Kavita has stopped responding . I made a mistake by trusting her and giving her reference of my friends . Please be very careful in dealing with fraud maid services as they charge a bomb and don’t refund neither provide replacement . After that she stops responding to calls. DO NOT TRUST .
