Salvation Army Red Shield Guest House Colaba Mumbai

Lodged in this hotel for 3 days in ac room with the family. The hotel room was clean and tidy it was fully furnished and was a beautiful room. They offered food and they gave room service. They charged 2200 per day. A pleasure to stay in this hotel.

It i really bad experience for me to write this. I belong to Salvation Army officer child from ICT. I gave a call to the Major and informed him that am coming and book a room for me. He said ok i ll do and u are welcome. B4 i start to BOM just cnfrmd that i m cmg. when i reached there and went to guest house officer is not available and his number is not working. when i met the staff and asked about my room status they said there is no booking on my name. I was so upset and so fedup with them. <br/>being proud of Salvationist i went there but there is nothing which i expected.<br/>I am sorry to tell this, its really shame for me and thank God no one came with me. They would have screwed me up by trusting me.<br/>
