I am satisfied with the service which is given by Securetech Integrated Solutions Yeshwanthpur, Bangalore. I need 10 CCTV camera with a complete package for my residential society. So I have approached the agency and got a good response. I have purchased 10 different CCTV camera, hard disk, DVR with the package. The agency arranged 2 technicians to install the camera and complete the work within days. I have paid RS 68000 for the purchased camera including installation work.
Average service from "Securetech Integrated Solutions, Yeshwanthpur ". I approached them for CCTV camera purchase and installation, I got a quick response from them. I have purchased 2 HIkvision infrared cameras from them. They came and did the installation within 3 days. I paid Rs. 32000 for that which includes purchase, installation, cable, recorder, UPS. They didn't do the wiring properly. One time I got an issue and I contacted them but they didn't turn up.
Poor service from "Securetech Integrated Solutions, Yeshwanthpur". I approached them for the CCTV camera Purchase & Installation service. I got an on-time response from them. I have chosen Hikvision cameras. Technicians came and installed the 4 bullet camera and 2 dome cameras. They provided free installation, DVR, cable and the monitor as well. They committed that they will provide the warranty card and the bill after installation but they have not provided in spite of many calls. I paid Rs. 48000 for the service.
