Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Charged Without Providing Service, Incomplete and Disappointing Service, Charged Without Solving Actual Problem
Most fraudulent agency that I have come across. I have dealt with 4-5 agencies in Delhi for japa maid. Selectmaid agency is the worst. They are fraud who send anyone in the name of japa maid and charge 30k for month. The maids sent by the agencies knew nothing about taking care of new born properly and put my baby in danger several times. They insist on paying advance and commission upfront and do not care about sending credible japa maid. I have lost 15k and had to change the japa maids twice. Finally had to fire them fearing my baby's safety. When you tell them how inexperienced their maids are, they blame you for selecting them. Please don't ever take maids from them because I'm sure they don't do any kind of due diligence. The agency should be shut down and the people there should be arrested for sending inexperienced people to take care of new born baby and putting a life in danger.
