"Beware of Shagun Court Marriage Services, Dhanori, Pune. I paid ?9600 for obtaining a marriage certificate, but they failed to deliver the promised service. Despite multiple follow-ups over several months, the agent kept making excuses and delaying the process, often citing issues that were never disclosed initially.
They claimed the certificate would be ready within a week but continued to break their commitments repeatedly. Even after asking for my money back, they delayed the refund with more false promises.
I have all WhatsApp chat records proving their unprofessionalism and lack of transparency. I strongly advise others to stay away from this fraudulent service provider. Save your money and time by seeking reputable and trustworthy agencies for such services."
