I would like to share an extremely disappointing experience at Shriram Hariram Saket despite of being a client for more than 4 decades. I have purchased a small ring worth 25K in Feb, 2019 when the gold was at 30K and sold in Sept when the gold was 40k. The reason for selling was that dust was accumulating on diamond due to flaw in design. The product being defective should have got me full refund but the shopkeeper returned me only 19K despite of gold having increased to 40K.
The reason is 25% less in the value of gold because I am selling, 10% less in the diamond value and 20% wastage of gold etc etc.
Please be cautious of visiting this store as the lady sitting will promise you what not and if anything wrong goes on the product (like mine was defective), they will talk to you like a traditional shopkeeper and will make all deductions.
Who says gold is an investment when purchased from such shops!!
