Approached this vendor to purchased CCTV Cameras. They responded and they came and details about my requirement and they send the product and I paid 18500. But the product was wrong it was no which I ordered it was a different model. So I requested to exchange it. They came and took the camera and replaced with the other one but the difference amount was not credited. Overall, it was an average service.
For our house, we installed 2 security surveillance cameras from Smartice Global company. Its been a 1 year since and we have faced no problem yet, the clarity and vision for both the cameras are superb.they have charged 69000 We are very happy with the services provided by Smartice Global.
Bought cctv from this vendor where the cost was at modets rate.they did the free installation to me.warranty period was also given for the product.I was paid 13000 for the service.Happy with this purchase.in future, i had decided to get any product from these vendor only
