Applied for health insurance policy for my son through bank Of Baroda Surya Nagar. The case was handled in a most callous manner, policy was rejected on wrong ground to camouflage their own mistakes, a letter was written by them full of lies and there was a considerable delay in refund requiring lot of follow-up. Both the Bank and Star are to be blamed. They expect you to tell lies over telephone that you filled a form, signed it and you have no medical problem just to sell their policy and after that they cook lies. They play with your money by delaying the refund process. Even their Grievance Redressal system is just a show-off. So, beware!
