Hello sir independent dth platform pur mujhe benefit nahee Mila but loss hua trai rules according all HD channels platform seyremove hoo gay zee network from platform remove all channels and Star network from platform remove all channels and now all channels available hai but problems all channels hang hoone ki problems thus customer service bhi very bad service don't call hold don't reply thus 2star doonga

Very very bad service and I got plan one years but one by one chanels reduce from plans and call is not connected whenever. Also signal is very week . My rating is Zero....Bakwas

Bakwaas service, roj koi na koi channel drop karte ja rahe hai kuch dino me 153/- wale free channel bhi band kar dege. Chota ambani chor hai.

Independent tv simply taking customer money and not ready to give service and not yet refund amount also. Independent tv services is very bad 2-1-2019 ko maine independent tv ka setup box lagwaya tha tab se every day koi na koi problem rahti hai helpline par call karne par sab 30 minutes ka wait karne ko bolte hai or jab bhi manager se baat karne ko bolo to call kat dete hai ek ne to gali dekar baat ki uski complaint karne ke liye bola to mna kar diya or aaj to raat se hi setup box band hai fir maine call kiya helpline me to bola gaya hai ki 2 se 3 din ka wait kijiye

I booked for 3 connections in March 10 2018 and till today after 9 months their customer service guys telling that with in 1 weak it will be done but from 3 months it is happening with me.... Don't trust or invest in this company.... Thierry are cheating people... You want loose all you patience..... Be aware.... Now they blocked my number so.. I can't call them.

I booked my order on 25/10/18....but till now on 9/11/18,my connection has not been taken place and customer care is very rude.Now they all are telling that ur booking date is 29/10/18 instead of 25/10/18.i m very dissapointed,now i m going to lodge complaint against it and reviewing its product on each and every platform.and my booking is R70006883
