Median service center, my desktop was having motherboard issue so I contacted this vendor Techno Systems IT Solutions, Hebbal the technician person they came to the home and checked out the system and they told that is motherboard issue and they suggested me that to be replaced but the motherboard replaced was done by my self and we need chip level service also but they quoted me 3000 for that so I feel its high price,so I didn't take the service from them, I paid only visiting charges 150, so overall I feel its ordinary service center.
Mediocre service I received from this vendor Techno Systems IT Solutions, Hebbal Kempapura,recently am looking for desktop Software installation so I Approached this service center they sent technician person they came and checked the system they said the desk is old one so they took the desk to the center for a service they did not come two days after they came and done the service,they quoted before service 600 but after service they charged me 1600 so I feel its high price and their service and response was ok.
A technician from Techno Systems IT Solutions, Hebbal came to repair my Acer desktop. There was no particular issue, only he inserted the pin of the music system to the desktop and charged Rs 350 for this. I am not satisfied as I felt the rate little high.
