I got a Fabulous Ac installation service was done with this agent Royal Air Conditioning, His service is Best and Excellent!, I preferred to install my Samsung Brand Split Ac, They are installed the Ac in my Expected place On Time, During installation nothing happened like Gas leakage or Damages, They charged me 1400 for this installation service, I am fruitfully satisfied with their Royal service.

My first purchase with the newly opened shop in sector 10 faridabad is pathetic. I purchased carrier 1.5ton AC and they promised to have to installation today I.e.13 may but not fulfilled their promised. I called them many times to Naveen a sales agent there but not fruitful. On top of it I enquired about this product next to one of the shop in 26600 rs (AC, stabilizer, free installation). I told all of this to them in Sargam store but they tried to convince me with rebuttals but not convincing. In the end I satisfied myself paying extra is not a problem but installation should be done today. Despite of several reminder nobody turned up and no calls. Even they charged freight as well for the delivery after so much of talk they are not ready to retain their customer. Sorry to say my first purchase is a last purchase from sargam. Beware this is going to be tough for you to survive with this attitude in sec 10 market and with such sales executives. :-(

That was very bad experience..when i called them they said 250 visiting charges.i said ok.when they came they said there is draining motor issue..u have to buy new one..they opened my machine n kept draining motor aside n its been 3 days they r not picking my call.Just now they picked n said they cant come.he said hmara nuksaan hota hai..n talked so rudely. I also gave him 300 rs which was one time charges. I had very bad experience..

They did all wrong wiring at my office in Mohali, and used the cheapest quality material available in market. They are unprofessional who claims to be expert but have no sense of work and no work ethics. I will never recommend this company to anyone.
