I HAVE GIVEN THE CHARGER OF AMPERE SCOOTER IN MAZGAON WORKSHOP. I HAVE TAKEN THE DELIVERY OF THE SCOOTER IN MAY 2022. AT THE TIME OF HANDING OVER CHARGER TO THE WORKSHOP, THEY TOLD ME, THE CHARGER IS UNDER WARRANTY. I.E. 2 YEARS WARRANTY. BUT AFTER 2 DAYS, THEY TOLD ME THAT I WILL NOT GET THE CHARGER REPAIRED UNDER WARANTY. I TOLD HIM THAT 2 YEARS NOT COPLETED YET. BUT HE TOLD ME THAT I HAVE TO BEAR 2000/- RUPEES FOR REPAIRING THE CHARGER WHICH THEY WILL GET REPAIRED FROM PUNE. AS 2 YEARS WERE NOT COMPLETED THEY ARE NOT DOING THE REPAIRS UNDER WARRANTY. WHY?

Recently bought Access 125 Ride Connect edition.. extremely good behavior and the RM Rahul has been in touch continuously through out the process also I requested to give me delivery on 14th Feb as a gift to my wife on valentines day and they went extra miles to give me the delivery 3 days prior to the mentioned date. Extremely happy and highly recommend. This is just the new vehicle buying experience so cant comment on service as I have not done my first service yet.. Happy buying folks

Magnus TVS Vasai authorized dealer:? Customers Beware, They cheated with insurance and have lot's of hidden charges like... margin on loan, insurance, etc.. They force you to take loan, insurance etc from them... be careful... If you too are cheated and have valid proof message/reply.. let's fight together.

Vry bad service after 2 week of service from imperial suzuki llp mira bhyandar road the screw just got loose of the engine and many parts .. disgustting service and its a risk of life i hav proofs and images of the screw loose.. so plzz avois giving ur bikes to service center in mira bhayandar road..

I want to share my experience I am a doctor by profession and during lockdown has suffered a lot I booked my Royal infield February I was given a four month waiting period that is 26th of June after waiting for four months also I didn?t received my bike and company after delaying me more for more four days that is after first of July company has increased the price for more than 10,000 and then told me to take delivery. I am really shocked to see this type of productivity by such a big company and looting common man in this pandemic era Dr Yogendra Rai 9820528728

Worst Royal Enfield Showroom to visit. They don't give the delivery of the bike on the given date. They don't pick up calls or revert back, after taking the full payment they don't care about the customer. I would highly recommend not to book your vehicles from this showroom.

Very bad service. Pls dont purchase any vehicle from this branch or with this dealer they are least bother about person i would suggest never ever visit this branch bcoz they dont update abt anything it being 2 months after my payment i havent received tax invoice or service book and the number plate
