I requested to replace the battery in my Microteck 1 and a half kva UPS. 2 technicians came to my home and did check my UPS properly and they replaced the (Exide brand) battery in my UPS. So, now UPS is working fine. Overall, I am satisfied with their service."

I requested to do service my Luminous Offline UPS which is not working properly. 2 technicians came to my home and they did check my UPS properly and they took my UPS to their service center. The next day the did service properly and gave it to me. So, now my UPS is working fine without any issue. Overall, I am happy with their service."
