Group of cheaters in the name of Abhivruddhi construction. Fake reviews posted by builder and their people, Deepak GS is not worth of being called builder, he doesnt even pick calls after payment done and trapped.

Fraudulent If you observe most of the reviews are posted at same time by his own staffs (I know some of them) which shows his Construction company reviews are fake. worst experience with Abhivruddhi construction. Mr. Deepak GS is only interested in fooling people by fake promises in the beginning until payment is done,later he doesn't care about site or construction leading to never ending construction. he just cheats people and once client paid and trapped he do not even pick calls, no response to msessages, no site visit except in the begining for show off. -- No engineer at site, design is just for show off without execution -- No timeline to complete any work -- no quality checks, construction full of defects and bends in columns and walls. --They do not pay for rented machines, tools etc. they get and machine owners comes at site and fight with site owners -- They don't even use vibrator in concrete, No curing --mason and labors leaves site frequently because They don't pay them

It was a wonderful experience working with Mr. Alagappan.I had shared few required documental details and with his vast experience he was able to prepare the valuation report in few hours and shared via e-mail and sent hard copy by courier very next day.I really liked his quick service found his responsiveness was excellent.
