Unprofessional, non punctual, incompetent, careless. Took my Macbook Pro. Took almost a week to get nothing done. After a week, they gave me my system back after taking out one of the 4GB RAM and a battery indicator connector on motherboard. Apparently, they had sent the system to one of their friends since they cannot repair Macbooks themselves and their friend had taken out these items. After confrontation, they returned the RAM but their so called "friend" refused to have taken the battery indicator connector. Now that I am asking them to return the indicator, they are not really willing to cooperate. I sent them a photographs of the motherboard showing clearly that the indicator is missing. They are providing foolish excuses that please send video. Photo is not enough and all that. My advise, do not go to these people. They are incompetent, unskilled and will waste your time as they do not have any value for other`s time.
