Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Incomplete and Disappointing Service
I repaired my laptop for fabrication within 4 month the edge came out on the exact same place and I paid 5k for that service. Initially they mentioned 6 months guarantee and now they are denying for any warranty. They are saying fabrication no warranty. Waste of money wish I had not gone with them. Good service provided by Aapna Samjho, Rajaji Nagar. I requested to do service my Dell Laptop which had a battery issue. 2 technicians came to my home and did replace the battery. So, now my laptop is working fine. Totally gave a 1-year warranty for my battery. Overall, I am happy with their service.
Terrible service. My system was no different after their engineer came and supposedly fix. After informing, they said they will send someone senior tomorrow and it's over a month now tomorrow never comes That lady will either avoid your calls or when she does she will start with accusations, like, oh you didn't pick up, we called again and again etc. She's a sales person with no interest in customer service. BEWARE!!!
