Had water purifier issue, the person who as taken license or running the ??business should be canceled, pasha he is taking money and fake service and fake purifier filters as placed. And water is leaking from the purifier outside of the lead and outlet pipe as taken 6000 ra for replacing filter tubes and controller, now no one is recievieng the call and he is speaking vulgarly.

Worst service, fraud service. They cheat people. In 2019, February the service person came and told that the filter has gone and it need to be replaced, we agreed and done. In October 1,2019 again there was problem and they came for servicing and tod that three filters we're not working and need to be replaced. We agreed, they said that 6 month varranty for the filters they put three new filters. Now in January 10,2020 ( two months) after the filter replacement, they were not working. I called the abhay aquacare continuously for one week daily, they keep on postponing. No one came for the servicing. Finally I called Eureka, service providers. They came and checked and told that all the previously placed filters were duplicate not functioning. They cheat people by telling every time that the filters are the issue and replace the existing filters with the duplicate ones. If they have any courage they should call me after reading this review and come to me. I will teach them a lesson.

Very Bad... These people In Abhay Aqua Sure are big cheats. They fixed faulty filters in my branded Water purifier and charged me giving me warranty day for 6 months. In 2 days the purifier started having the same problem that I called them for. And when I tried reaching out to Abhay Aqua Sure they kept avoiding. And after too many follow ups he is saying that he will get my amount back since I have written six month warranty from him but he is avoidng my calls and incase he answers it's always Monday I will pay you. It's been 7 Mondays that he is promising but no outcome.

horrible services... haven't encountered anybody so unprofessional...even after calling them up 100 times they keep saying will send someone but never send people on time...in fact after their servicing the Aquaguard is in worse condition... please dont rely on their services.

They are bloody cheaters. After taking Rs.6500 towards AMC, they neither attended to my complaint till date nor rectified the problems committed by their own illiterate n inexperienced techs. I too wish to join with other customers who are going to customer court against this stupid public cheating firm. We shud take stern action against this firm which shud not operate any further. Not eligible for even Zero rating

For my Voltas Water dispenser deep cleaning work purpose, I contacted this service center, the response was good but their work was not a provisional.they didn't done a proper cleaning work. they charged me a nominal amount for service.they didn't reach my expectations Overall im not satisfied with their service.
