When it is working, it works with offered performance. But it will be down for at least 30% of the time. Resolving an issue with customer care is going to take at least 1 week and sometimes there is no resolution at all. Once I recharged for 2 months and internet did not worked for 21 days in total. They offered me some days service compensation and later they said that it will be credited on next recharge. I recharged for 1 more month but they did not credit it. Whenever I call them, they say that they will do it, but no result. So I discontinued for recharging for a month and recently recharged for a month. It was down for some days in the first 3 weeks and didn't work at all for the whole last week. I am still behind them asking for service compensation and they say the same story again. I stopped asking them thinking that if they are shameless, I should be at least.
