Hi Naresh,
This is to let you know that you have a very poor staff who do not know how to serve their customers.
I have been facing a challenge for 3 days and nobody has responded as they have no sense of ownership.
I hope you understand - nobody comes to you guys until there is medical need at somebody's home.
However, such an attitude from your staff is highly frustrating and a big time waste.
Kindly look into the same if it is possible for you.

I have been taking their elderly care services from past 5 years and I must thank Mr. Aatish for their continued support in providing the excellent services. His agency does have the properly trained GDAs and nurses and I must recommend to everyone to avail his services. You wont get disappointed.

They sent criminal care taker at home who talked to me (a lady)in abusive manner. Care taker is Threatening me as well. Agency has taken money in advance and now doing this fraud. This is a money making company. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY.
