As it was my first car I had many doubts regarding the purchase of the car. But it was God's grace that I approached Mahalaxmi automotive and it was Amol Kshirsagar, the team leader, who cleared my every single doubt regarding the deal. It was great experience with Amol sir especially for completing the deal. He is very honest, kind and cooperative person. Even in Covid situation he worked hard continuously for the deal. He attended all my calls politely and explained everything I wanted to know. He is a great assets for Mahalaxmi automotive. The other team members like Ganesh Pawar and Nilesh Popalghat were also very helpful in the deal. Sourabh from accessories department was also very impressive. He attended me even on his illness leave. Having these kinds of people in an organization is a guarantee of prosperity for the organization I will strongly recommend Mahalaxmi automotive and especially Amol sir for everyone who is planing to buy a new car. Amol sir really amazing and best.

IT WAS NOT SO GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH YOU, IN FEATURE FROM MY SIDE I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE FOR MAHALAXMI MUDAWA. YOUR SERVICE SO MUCH DISAPPOINT ME. ONE THING I WOULD LIKE TO SUGGEST MAHALAXMI, IF YOU ARE NOT SURE, DO NOT GIVE WRONG COMMITMENT TO CUSTOMER, STOP PLAYING WITH CUSTOMER EMOTIONS , BAD, VERY BAD.

I went for car booking, aftwr detailed study I found, the showroom is not car seller ,they are insurance policy agents only. Much more interested in selling insurance and other overcharged products, Like RSA:- I noticed they are charging it for 3 times, Insurance :- charging more than double the market price.moreover separately charging for many insurance terms like RTI, Engine protection etc.

Very bad experience from sales executives. Initially they quoted me the deal where i was agree but at the time of booking they just changed the quote and increase by 10000rs. All this things happen on same day on 30-Sept-2019.

This is regarding the worst customer service Talera Ford Nigdi gives to the customer after we buy the car and take it to the service station. Recently i took my car for servicing the experience i had was as follows I went to Talera Ford first they said we cant take your car as i dont have an appointment and they scheduled a house pick up of my car the next day, which no one picked up the car. After week later i get a call regarding the pick up. I had said the ac of the car had a foul smell coming so that to needs to be checked and should be repaired. Talera Ford picked up my car at 9 in the morning and dropped the car at home at 3-4 in the evening with a Scratch on the left door of the car and the ac not been repaired. When enquired about the ac not repaired the advisor said the dash has to be removed and all that stuff where as Talera Ford charged me for ac repair.
