This agency keeps followup from the client.. my 1st maid for cooking she worked for 5 days after some time because of some issue she left... but I got a new maid within 2 days...

They do not verify the maids before sending. The maids they send come for 1 day or 2 days and leave. They took the money and now not willing to service. They don't answer calls any longer. Never available during business hours and post business hours cells are switched off. Their seniors have a single excuse that "I was not involved so I don't know". They have no sense of accountibility. Very poor and disappointing experience. I am constantly following for refund but looks like a scam now.
