The nurses are very good but the administration is a night mare. The executives who pick up the phone constantly get confused, several calls need to be made, cancellations are made randomly, nurses are assigned without considering their location and the patient's location, frequent changes of person therefore happen. The software system is crazy. Each patient is mapped to a mobile number - if you have two patients against one mobile number, you have had it - the customer care executives go crazy and get all confused. It's like as if talking to them and explaining makes no difference. The management is to blame. I think if this problem is fixed, this can be a fabulous service provider. After going through a lot of irritation, we would still say that the quality of nurses provided has been excellent. We continue to use them but if any change is needed, we dread the nightmare of communication with the agency
