NEVER EVER BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM SARGAM ELECTRONICS (KANTI NAGAR DELHI) . I brought an O General AC from this store where they first tried to give me demo piece. Upon asking they provided a new piece. That piece was broken (The evaporator coil). I mentioned this to the service person at the time of installation but he denied and also the store person also denied. He installed that AC and the AC is not working properly. Thousands of mails and complaints were registered to both the store and the company. But they denied to provide serve and also saying that there is no breakage in the piece even if I am showing him Images (THE STORE MANAGER SURPRISINGLY CANT SEE THAT THE PIECE IS BROKEN). Ultimately one broken piece was sold to me from sargam and upon complaining, they cant see it and even saying THAT IS YOUR FAULT that you did not informed me where I informed very timely. Its been one month now I am facing trouble and Sargam DO NOT CARE> THEY JUST SEEK FOR MONEY> AFTER THAT THIS WILL

Worst experience from vijay sales, dilshad garden. They sales 2nd hand product to the customer. Customer please be aware while purchasing the product from vijay sales dilshad garden. I purchased Hitachi AC(RAT518HUD) 4th time replacment after installation And the product is not working properly

The sales man Mr. Chandan Singh lies about the product details, costs and the installation procedure. He also makes false commitments about the product delivery and installation, to extract advance payment. He doesn't listen to a customer requirement, instead he keeps on bragging about his knowledge only, which is quite limited. These people lie to the extent of forcefully instisting and fighting that installation is not done by company engineers instead the same is done by their own showroom technicians. To decive us , when we asked the technician and later the sargam technical head Mr shubhan and Mr.Mansoor they said that they are from Hitachi company only, which was a lie. On calling the customer care of Hitachi we were told not to get the installation done by the dealer as delears have a tendency of giving a wrong and faulty product which once opene/installed by dealers technician will no longer be under warranty by the company. I have realized first hand at a great cost that all the reviews about Sargam electronics chain are correct and one should avoid any kind of purchase from this chain of stores.
