I had called PMS for AMC of my panasonic EPBX machine and also for repairing of automatic door locks and VDP. At first Mr. Suraj who is the sales executive of the company visited my premises and asked me to sign the EPBX AMC, along with that he assured of getting the locks repaired and also helping with an additional intercom connection in the basement. He also took the existing vantage VDP from my premises for checking and said that will come and replace the unit at the earliest. After almost 1 week of follow up with Suraj where I was told that they are still checking the unit and will get back in few days time,strangely today i.e. 23rd July Suraj sent back the VDP unit and also informed that his company would not like to go ahead with the AMC and repairs. This is really unprofessional on behalf of PMS and they wasted 10 days to come at this decision. I would warn anyone going for PMS to throughly check the company credentials and also me wary of Suraj who is good at false commitment

It was amazing experience with this Telecom Solutions Dwarka, Delhi business. I was looking for EPABX repair & services.They completed work in committing time.They charge 1400 for this service which is nominal amount Comparing to the other business .Now It is working well.

My Panasonic EPABX repair & services were got it from this Telecom Services, The service vendor came and find the issue in my EPABX device, There was a Board short in the Mother Board, So the problem was not resolved yet, But his way of approach and his attitude is really good, The vendor came Immediately without late OnTime, They Didn't charge me anything for this, I am satisfied with his visit and his Kind responses and all.....

I had a problem with my EPABX. so, I contacted this service center. the technician came and solved the issue. for that, he charged 5016 and also I bought a new Panasonic phone. the cost of the phone was I paid 4200.totally, I paid 9216. but the service is not up to my expectations because their work is not professionally. the work was not much effective.so I feel its an average service.
