I have got damaged TV now there is no contact number from which I can get replacement for the same. Very pathetic service I have got from Vijay sales. BEWARE please think many times before buying anything from Vijay Sales.

We have purchased led on 5th January 2022 and it's worst than ever . Whenever we post a complaint they just sent there technician who do nothing n say your tv Is alright. But deepdown he also knows that the tv takes too long to switch and and more long to shift to another channel. The remote is not even working. They asked us to buy a new one .. but the product is just 3 months old. Which comes in warranty. Now they are asking us to buy a new motherboard which is worth rs2000 . And still there is no guarantee if the tv will work properly or not . like why would we buy it. We are requesting them to exchange the product but they are disconnecting the calls n saying will call you soon but the call never comes. . Suggest not to buy anything from here plz .

WORST ..WORST .. WORST..Chor hain ye log... bloody thugs...... deliberately got my product fused out by the company to make extra money on a Negotiated n agreed price..the price difference was merely four hundreds...WILL NEVER SHOP..... ONE WORD Thieves n Arrogant..thinks as if not selling a product but giving it for free...Bastard....also I RECOMMEND THAT YOU BUY FROM COMPANY RUN OUTLET OR SHOWROOM AS MARKET PRICE IS SAME.. DON'T BUY FROM THIS CON MAN..that is how a repeated buyer is treated by these filthy people.....they behave and assume assume that they are above the customer....i feel contaminated because I visited them to buy something

Pacific ki service Bahut gandi aur Ghatiya mane to kaan pakad liya inse jhoot bolne main no 1 hai mera naam anil kumar hi mane apne tv ki complain 1 august 2021 ko kari mere pass 12 august ko visit karne aaye aur kaha ki aapka tv company le jana padega main kal gadi bhejunga inka kal 22 august ko hua ye tv lekar chale gaye inka koi response nahi aaya sept. maine phone kiya to inhone kaha ki aapka tv thik ho gaya hi kal bhej denge lekin inhone nahi bheja maine phone kiya to kaha aapka tv phir kharab ho gaya hai ek do din main bhej denge lekin mera tv aaj tak vaapas nahi aaya main to is company se bahut pareshan ho gaya hu main phone karta hu to koibaat karne ke liye nahi aata manas ji koi na koi bahane banate rahte hi kabhi kahte ki main drive kar raha hu thodi der main baat karta hu lekin koi bhi phone nahi karata aur na hi phone uthata hi
