I have paid one year in advance and every time the internet was down and from the last 10 days I am calling the support team but no one is responsive. Very bad internet service provider in Vasai. Please do not subscribe and renew it Vasaikars.
an hour ago Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value I am experiencing frequent disruptions in network and slow connectivity, raised the complaint with the concerned sales and service guy... I was amazed by the remarks made by him 'Aapki galti hai ek hi network pe bharosa kar rahe ho, agar connectivity itni important hai to do network rakho'. Now there is water coming from the cable, when raised the complaint again the concerned guy is like 'Baarish hai kya kar sakte hain, aap office main baat karo, but ye sab hamari responsibility nahin hai'. I had been part of telecom industry for years, seriously executive can loose his job if he makes such loose comments
Staff is totally uneducated they dnt have scenes how to hendle customers problems... They give clients bedwords.. Owner ka loss hai agar aesa hi raha toh Asha net jald hi bandh ho jaiga.. Dnt use Asha net all my friends
Took internet connection from Asha Net Broadband Service in Vasai East, Mumbai and there service is extremely superb.They did installation free and and got the installation work and net connection in two weeks which was done by 5 persons and costed Rs.3000.
