Didnt expect them to be so cheap thugs. first they promise you a product with all features FOC but then you have to pay for it after you pruchase the product. I bought a lenovo laptop from them with 1 year accidental policy and for another 2 years at 999/- from the website. now when you go to the website it clearly mentions 999 for 3 years warranty. Dirty sale politics even the msoffice loaded was 2007 pirated while i specified properly that i needed windows and ms office both original. all promises fail after making payment of product.

I am sharing my experience at Yusuf Sarai Branch. The invoice was issued and while taking delivery I requested for the warranty card to be stamped as i was promised a warranty of 2 years on the product. Once the payment was made the salesman said he will not stamp the warranty card or write 2 year warranty on the bill. The sales person including his supervisor were very rude in their behaviour. They were miss selling the product. They had given false commitment of warrenty of 2 years. The salesmen were so rude that he said Why are you buying the product from our shop. They forcefully returned my money and said, the don't wish to sell the product to me. It was very bad experience. Will never ever visit this showroom again.
