I had hired them for providing me a jhapa maid for my child. I had made my requirement for maalish very clear however the maid sent them by had no experience in mother and child maalish. They do not conduct a proper background check of maids being provided and information shared with us is not true. I had also requested for covid test of the maid. They charged me 2500 though the maid made a payment of only 1600. On asking for refund they told me there was some travel cost which they forgot to discuss with me earlier. While they accepted their mistake, there was no apology whatsoever. They told me to look for another service provider if I was not ready to pay. Highly disappointing experience. Would not recommend it to anybody, their attitude towards solving problem of customer is pathetic. The maids they provide leave work anytime they want without reporting them. HIGHLY UNSATISFACTORY!!
