Absolutely pathetic service and no guarantee to get your stuff intact. Don't go with this agency if you love your stuff and want to get safely in other country. They has opened my stuff at their warehouse to in my absence. |They repack entire stuff so that they can adjust my stuff in less number of bags and save some money however I had paid full amount as per packing (weight/number of cartons) done at my house. My concern is not about reducing number of boxes but the quality of packing done my warehouse team in my absence. I wish I could share video/photos of packing done by this agency.... Very disappointing with service standards.

Recently I took VRL Logistics Packers and Movers to shift my prcel from bmmasandra, Bangalore to pune and had a very bad experienced with them, they charged 1550 rupees for the service which was not worthy for their work, they took 3 weeks for shifting my parcle and I am very much dis-satisfied with the service of VRL Logistics Packers and Movers.

Very bad service!!!!!!!!! I have been following up with them for past 2 days and all they are saying it is on priority where the package was promised 2 days back and still not delivered.

this is worst service i have come across so far, they dnt even have proper customer service who address customer issue, rather they shout at customer, its been a 15days i have sent my parcel and still it has not got delivered when asked for explanation they say its bcs of covid, seriously while receiving parcel frm me i think you people have forgotten covid
