This guy is cheater, he will come for money but never fulfill his commitment, he paid him for yearly AMC but he never responds to our calls, We are highly unhappy with this vendor

I need to repair my My office BPE brand ups is not working due to a technical issue. I have approached the V.K Group System Tughlakabad, Delhi. I got a prompt response from the centre and arranged a technician for the service. The Technician has checked my ups and found UPS 2 battery not working. So we have given the order for battery but they technician not given service report of ups issue. They have quoted RS 500 for service. I am satisfied with the response which is given by this vendor.

I have taken the service from A.V. Power System Sarita Vihar, Delhi. My Power one brand UPS not working due to the technical issue. So I have called this vendor and got a quick response. They have arranged a technician for service and visited our doorstep. They have checked and found some circuits are burned from inside which is not repairable. So I have other ups they have connected the ups with other ups for power supply. now it's working fine. They have charged RS 1180 including 18% GST for service. I got good service and response from sp.

He fixed my AC last year, saying he is expert in AC repair, and considering his confidence I trusted him, and paid Rs. 5500 along with 2 years warranty. First he fixed the machine in around 1 month, and after installation it failed within month. Its been 1 year, that I keep calling him, and he just ignores, and with great confidence, says, that he will send a guys next morning. I travel out of Delhi too much, and hence this follow is ever going, and also the AC is secondary, and hence it is not a pain or must, so I keep on doing constant follow ups.
