Check the reviews in any sites about this organization even in google , they are professional cheaters do some research before dealing with them , contact person is one sujatha search her name is quora you will see 3 different companies names used for same name , fake bills and they take advance money and never reply to mails

It has been more than 4 times I have booked Classic Cabs.
Call center availability - 3/5 (Fairly good)
Cab - 4/5 (Not perfect, but better than tours and travels near my home)
Punctuality - 4/5 (Out of 4 trip's, they missed by 1 hour in one of my trips).
I stay in BTM 2nd stage, but I still give a call to these guys staying near Mekhri circle and get my cab booked. The drivers are humble and decent enough.
