I got my laptop serviced and upgraded it's RAM and drive to SSD last month, Nov 2021. Turned out to be a big mistake. NanoHub outsourced the SSD and RAM upgrade to some contractor. That contractor, damaged the outer covering of the laptop, while fitting the SSD. To cover up this fact, he delivered the laptop late at night, so we did not discover it immediately. We complained to Nanohub, who simply washed his hands off the matter. The end result is that the laptop start button is so depressed inside, that we cannot start the laptop easily. Never again will be approach Nanohub for anything. It was a terrible decision.
