I went there to change my HDD to SSD and they did a terrible job. Damaged my touchpad, installed ingenuine Windows in my laptop and now my fingerprint scanner too is not working. Unprofessional staff with no knowledge of the work they are doing.

Worst service ever. My laptop was slowed down and it needed only an HDD exchange. Firstly, they charge you 300/- for inspecting your product and offer you to waive that price if you decide to get it repaired from the them. Secondly, they overcharged me for the SSD even after bargain (4800 for 512GB CyberX SSD+Labor cost for uploading drivers Windows and a case for my HDD, current price of it on Amazon is 3400). I anyways decided to get the job done from them. I insisted them to do the repair before my eyes which they denied, anyways I allowed it. Then after the repair, the laptop was really very dirty and the job too felt unprofessional. Upon reaching home, I thought of cleaning it myself and then noticed that there was some damage on the touchpad of my laptop and the fingerprint sensor too wasn't working. I called the service centre immediately to complain about it, but they denied it reluctantly. Even after taking it to them they denied repair. Now I am facing issue in windows too.
