***FRAUD ALERT*** These people are maniacs. They will tell you any lie to make a sale. I regret not reading their reviews before walking in their shop. They sold me a laptop by lying to me about its feature. When I asked to return they threatened to beat me up right on their counter. The owner should be ashamed of treating his customers like this. They even promised to help me if I face any problem and when I approached them for a service, they backed out. I wasted my money with these clowns. Never buy anything from them or you'll regret it.

WORST SERVICE EVER. I had bought a laptop but within a week it started showing some technical issues. i had to take laptop to shop 2-3 times( which at the time of buying they claim the services to be provided at home.) but found no relief so a replacement for product was filed. So new laptop NEERAJ CHAWLA (MANAGER) showed us is of 69,990 on website and near by retail shops but he overcharged us by stataing its rate as 74,000 claiming he charged us for bag, pendrive and bluetooth speaker which he said he gave complementary with he previous laptop. Now its been a month and the new laptop we chose isnt available at his shop but he claims to have all new products with him but suddenly he is out of products after receiving money. He isnt at shop ,he generally doesn't pick up his phone, its been a mental torture,he is just harrassing his customers.

I was looking for the good printer. I got a contact number of the dealer and went to purchase printer. I purchased tipsons Laser Jet Printer. They charged me 9810. Overall, I am satisfied with this Dealer.
