Recently I took VRL Logistics Packers and Movers to shift my prcel from bmmasandra, Bangalore to pune and had a very bad experienced with them, they charged 1550 rupees for the service which was not worthy for their work, they took 3 weeks for shifting my parcle and I am very much dis-satisfied with the service of VRL Logistics Packers and Movers.

They packed my household items in such a horrible manner that my induction plate and toaster broke. They didn't even bubble wrap it and put it in a box along with a trolley bag. After reporting the damage and sharing the pictures, they didn't even pick up the call. Just pathetic experience. Don't use services from these thieves.

Shit hole experience , they said they wouldn't give our courier and go and take if you want too, they are fraudsters, called me three times and been waiting for three weeks and they havent given us a call and have told wwe werent at the time of delivery , such freaks should be banned from the customer services , they dont know how to talk ,handle nor with any professionalism they behave , animals

I called Team Logistics Bangalore and asked to send my fridge from Bangalore to Tamilnadu. Happily accepted for door to door delivery and paid via GPAY. They took Fridge from my home without packing and they said they will send the photo before dispatch from their warehouse. I can check photo for packing. No photo came and whenever I call, they just update me that in three days it will reach. After 15 days they returned the fridge back to my house and they are saying it was returned from Tamilnadu (they dont know why). I dont believe these guys, it returned without any packing, it came same as it is how it was picked with some more dents.

30 years of working with logistic providers in India and the Worst ever experience with the Whitefield Gati Branch Used their services for a short period of 12 months and experienced repeated damages of goods sent thru them In spite of bringing the matter to their notice the branch does not bother at all , bringing down the Brand value of Gati to ashes On discontinuing business from them they make false claims on outstanding dues and harres the client in lieu to cheat them . So much so that they withheld our shipments for the last 2 months and refuse to give us the stocks which was received in our name . All this was because they were making claims of 6 lakhs and not sharing correct ledger accounts where in our books clearly showed a due amount of only 3 lakhs . On final acceptance of accounts by them they are making claims of 44000 as demurrage for the stocks THEY HAVE WITHHELD FOR THEIR OWN REASONS Highly unprofessional and biggest Cheats of the industry ,.
