One of the pathetic service ever I have recieved, the courier is sent with a certain timeline as it's required urgently, however these people are least bothered about that. I would suggest try Post service which is faster and more reliable then Shree Anjani services.

Worst courier company. Extremely unreliable. Needed an urgent document that they promised to deliver on time but all numbers were switched off and the parcel reached late. Big loss for us. Be careful with them and use another service. They’re full of empty promises and incompetent staff

DTDC courier is good but Franchisee is worst, courier boy is not visited at office still remark that no one recieved courier, though 25 peoples are present in office, once call in office someone picked up and said will call you within 5 min, no one give call back and after that no one recieved call also, pathetic, and worst experienced from francisee

DTDC can be a good company but shivne ,pune branch has pathetic service.. they are not at all professional.. my courier did not reach and it was lost somewhere in between... when called to the branch office they arrogantly said we cant do any help, u should have checked after 2 days in our office.. very bad service and charges are also high
