very bad service . pickup boy murli was told several tiem to check clothes before taking but he never used to check still we check and give and this time we gave all the clothes and he went to the store and somewhow put black stains in my clothes and send me pics from the laundry store. clearly this has been done by his negligence and latter blames us for the stains. not a good laundry to give clothes as they can destory it and latter blames us

I was cheated by "Spin Cycle" Horamavu Branch 1) They overcharged to begin with. The price for dry cleaning trouser mentioned on the menu in the shop was INR 70, but I was charged INR 85. 2) I have Empyrean Purple Membership, and I wasn't given the applicable discount. 3) When I called the store, the man at the store said that the excess amount would be refunded online, but I would need to make the payment for the original bill amount first, and only then the excess amount would be refunded. So, I paid the entire amount and till date (4 days have passed) the excess amount hasn't been refunded. If Spin Cycle is reading this review, here are the order details: - Order Number: 2262309#### - Amount Paid: INR 714

The laundry guy have stolen my clothes probably . Haven’t been returning calls and also have switched off his number . It’s been more than a week. Even if he receives he says ma’am I will come with the clothes today but still he doesn’t show up and then switches off his phone. This laundry service guy is basically a thief .

In my life i will not come & i will never advise for others also they made us wait for 2 hrs after 4 days of date given to us Big problem is there bill so small u can not read it on top of that tell onebill _ charge extra bill can not be read with regular Glassdoor many problems for coustomer with all this we have come for service here

very poor behaviour . Person whom came to collection asked for Rs.100 extra as service charge for delivery whereas in the beginning it was clearly told that delivery is free for more than 3kg. He denied giving clothes and no one picked call from his office .
