One of my life's biggest nightmare was contacting this agency a year back..did registration for 6 months, gave them all the details of my requirement. For the sake of sending candidates, they sent many initially for interview, half of them were not even aware of the work profile. I hardly used their services for one and a half month as the maid they sent used to take leaves very often without informing. When they were not able to get maids they assured me to use the balance services in future. I contacted them in May and again few days back for the balance services but after responding once or twice, they don't respond nor do they have courtesy to revert to msgs or calls. This behaviour of theirs amounts to cheating and my advise to people to think twice before using their services. I have all the mails and messages i exchanged with them which goes to prove that such people should not be even allowed to run the agency

Pathetic services.. they hardly have back ups for maids.. Rutuja n Saumya they both dont pick up d phone and dont update on status of new maid.. all their maids have family issues and keep on asking for leaves..
