2nd reminder Sir I purchased your Glen Chimney on 03-03-2020 from Sk Refrigeration ,that this is a best company.But after spending so much money there is something wrong with itFirst its blower got damaged, now its light and PCB got damaged, which your technician is telling me about 4500rs.The range of 5000rs in the market may be get new chimney. Or we keep applying 5000 rs every year even after taking Glen's chimney On which you have given 7 years warranty.If Glen company makes similarly cheep product then it is better to take 5000rs local chimney.What is the use of taking such an expensive chimney from Glen who is asking for the cost of 1 year faulty pcb and light May cost 4100rs even after 7 years warranty...I don't want this defective chimney anymore replace it as soon as possible. Please solve my problem or else I will have to approach consumer court. regards rajneesh arya

Parag Bhatnagar threatened us with dire consequences when we wanted to not buy the chimney because we were not satisfied with the performance, misbehaved with family too!! Never will buy from them, would recommend others to also not buy from them!!

Please ensure everything before purchase, they are liar and cheater. Once you will make payment and take the item, they will take u turn from what they told before selling. Right from model no., delivery, installation, servicing etc.. They will treat like you are begging before them. Please try to avoid this shop if you want peace of mind. Better you pay little more somewhere else but with my experience i will suggest/beg please don't go this shop. I purchased AC, it was not fresh packed, cartoon was wet. The cartoon was placed at some area where water seepage may be there. Month/year of manufacturing was old, which they didn't tell before purchasing. For installation which they had promised before purchase for the same day, I am still waiting. M. No. 8105205906

This is the worst place to order something.. full of lies and fake promises.. they will take advance payment from you and do not deliver products on time... if you ask refund they will speak sarcastically and rudely; will not issue a refund... If you want to waste loose your time, money, reputation and mental balance then only buy from this place and have the experience of your life!!.. I will never buy something personally from here ever again and I recommend anyone who wants to buy to reach out to me and hear my story!! I would give negative rating if the option was available.
